This is one of my favorite sites.
Here are some of my early memories:
Eating with the family at Catfish King. The fried chicken, fries, and apple fritters were outstanding
My mom stopping at San-Ann for her cigs. She's still puffing away.
Doing our Friday night grocery shopping at Liberty supermarket.
For Sunday entertainment we'd drive around town and then head to the Spinning Wheel for a chocolate-dipped cone.
My favorite purple bellbottoms were bought at Burger-Phillips.
My dad worked at Burger-in-a-Hurry.
