1) A new men’s transitional housing shelter, Changed Lives Christian Center, is looking for someone to help a few of their residents with basic computer skills. I am aware that BPL offers free classes, but the CLCC residents don’t have transportation. Do you know if any of your computer people would be willing to go to CLCC (just off Findlay Blvd. near the Farmers Market) to help?
2) Spring Valley School (www.springvalleyschool.org) is looking for a part-time volunteer librarian to help in their small school library this fall. Any ideas? Know anyone who might be interested?
